What it actually does

Detects when an agent is genuinely working (CPU activity), not just that the editor is open.
Keeps the system awake via caffeinate; Travel Mode adds lid-closed-on-battery.
Primary safety = macOS thermalState; logs near-misses so you can see if you stress the Mac.
Leaves the power button untouched. Your data stays on your machine.
